Frost & Fire Muscle Roll-On (10ml)

A warming and cooling herbal roll-on designed to penetrate deeply and provide real relief for sore muscles, backaches, tension, and general body aches.

Commonly used during times of muscle strain, overuse, or discomfort from illness, this formula delivers both heat and cold sensations to support comfort and mobility.

Traditionally used to support comfort and ease tension associated with inflammation and soreness.

Ingredients: MCT oil, wintergreen essential oil, menthol crystals, arnica flowers, St. John's wort herb, calendula flowers, cayenne pepper, ginger root

Directions: Shake well before use. Apply externally to affected areas as needed. 

Cautions: For external use only. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive areas. Do not apply heat or bandage tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children.
